An overview of the features of the List Item Filter webpart v1.0:

  • SharePoint filter web part that displays list items in a dropdown, radio button list, checkbox list or a tagcloud
  • The filter web part is a filter consumer, so you can filter the items displayed in the list based on another filter

  • Works in WSS and MOSS -> brings filtering to WSS
  • Works with all other web parts that consumer SharePoint filters
  • Values are displayed based on the options/datatype of the selected field
  • Multi valued columns (lookup/choice/person) are displayed as multiple items
  • Values in a calculated field can be used as filter provider

Is this possible to date-calendar inpuer as you did for checkbox,dropdown, radio button and tagcloud?
